For photo restorations, photo enhancements and digital pet paintings :

• The better the photo, the better the final result so if you are scanning in your photo please use your scanners highest quality setting or 300dpi or better.
  
  
• Please include in your email your name and what you would like done to your photo.
  
  
• Quality resolution equals big size so to ensure they come through please send only 2 files per email.  If you don't hear back from us within a day it's likely they didn't come through.  So try only one photo or email us with any questions before sending.
  
  
• Please make sure that you own the rights to all photographs.  We cannot accept any professional photographs unless we have a written release from the photographer scanned and emailed to us.
  
  
• As soon as we hear from you a Picture Your Photo specialist will email you back within 24 hours to speak to you about your photograph.
